AURVILLAGE: objectives and Roman heritage in the rural areas of León

The geologist and principal investigator of the project outlines the main objectives of AURVILLAGE. The project aims to raise awareness of the Roman heritage of the province of León, particularly in rural areas, and brings together an international, multidisciplinary team of geologists, engineers, archaeologists, historians, astrophysicists, and other specialists. The project is funded by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
